I’m Aaron Martz, President of InterVac Design Corp. My background in manufacturing and product development has shaped how we approach design, quality, and performance. I focus on building products that are reliable, efficient, and built to last, while leading a team committed to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Becky Martz
I’m Becky Martz, Customer Service Manager at InterVac Design Corp. I was born in 1980 in Buckley, Michigan, where my journey began surrounded by the beauty of nature and the warmth of family. Growing up in the church, my faith has always been the cornerstone of my life, guiding me through both joyous moments and challenging times.
My Journey I’m 42 years old and currently live in Port St. Lucie, FL, with my wife, Becky, who has been my wife since 2001. Together, we are blessed with five wonderful daughters: Taylor, Kayden, Jordyn, Sidney, and Kamryn. My upbringing was rooted in faith; I grew up in the church, attending regularly as a child. At the age of ten, I made the decision to invite Jesus into my life, but my focus shifted in my teenage years as I navigated dating and work.
A pivotal moment in my life occurred at my best friend’s wedding in August 2000, where I first met my future wife, Becky. We married just a few months later, and while we attended church intermittently, it wasn’t until the birth of our first child that I felt a genuine call to the ministry. However, I initially resisted that call.
A few years later, following a mission trip to Haiti, I fully embraced my faith and realized the importance of my relationship with God. This transformative experience revealed the key to my life, allowing me to finally lay down past hurts and seek true forgiveness for the abuse I endured during childhood. This journey led me to have a heart for those who are lost, particularly in the prison system, where I love to share the love of Christ without judgment.
In addition to my faith journey, I have an extensive background in business. My background in injection molding started in 1999. After many years in the automotive manufacturing industry, I became self-employed and took on the role of facilities director at a church. This transition was driven by faith.
Commitment to Innovation At InterVac Design Corp, I bring my experience and passion for quality to the table. My background in injection molding and automotive manufacturing has equipped me with skills in plastics, Six Sigma methodologies, and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). I specialize in materials such as glass-filled PA, PC, ABS, and more, focusing on cost reduction and manufacturing efficiency. With hands-on experience in various molding machines, I’m committed to fostering a culture of innovation within our dedicated team.
Building Relationships One of my core beliefs is that strong relationships are the foundation of success. Our friendly and knowledgeable team is committed to providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring your experience with us is positive from start to finish. As we grow, I aim to nurture a work environment where trust and collaboration thrive—because a team is not just a group of people who work together; it’s a group of people who trust each other.
Family Life I am the proud mother of five incredible children: Taylor (married to Joseph), Kayden (married to Travis), Jordyn, Sidney, and Kamryn. I’m also a grandmother to four wonderful boys, Kamden, Kolten, and Carson (Taylor’s children) and Spencer (Kayden’s child). Family means the world to me, and I cherish every moment spent together, whether its enjoying long Sunday afternoon drives or relaxing at the beach.
Career Path Professionally, I wear many hats. I am a licensed realtor, helping families find their dream homes, and I am a licensed cosmetologist, which enables me to express my creativity while helping others feel their best. At InterVac Design Corp, I contribute to our mission of providing innovative vacuum solutions that make cleaning tasks easier for our customers.
A Journey of Faith and Resilience Though I once dreamed of serving in the mission field in Costa Rica, life took an unexpected turn when I met my husband, Aaron. Together, we’ve built a life filled with love and purpose. My faith remains my number one priority, followed closely by my commitment to my husband and children. Life has not always been easy; I am a brain tumor survivor. It was only through faith and the grace of God that I navigated that challenging chapter of my life. This experience has deepened my appreciation for life and reinforced my belief in the power of resilience and hope.
Hobbies and Passions When I’m not busy with work or family, you can find me soaking up the sun at the beach or taking leisurely drives to explore new places. I love the feeling of the wind in my hair and the sound of laughter from my loved ones by my side. Looking Ahead as I continue this journey, I am grateful for the blessings in my life and excited for what the future holds. My faith in Jesus and family are my guiding lights, and I look forward to creating more cherished memories together.
