RETURNS

This Refund and Returns Policy explains how InterVac Design Corp handles returns, refunds, exchanges, shipping charges, and return processing. Please review the information below before requesting a return.

Most new, unopened merchandise sold by InterVac Design Corp can be returned within 14 days of purchase. InterVac Design Corp will reimburse the original shipping cost when applicable. The customer is responsible for return shipping and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.

Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged or credited to your account. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.), unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. Returns for purchases made with a gift card or store credit will be refunded as store credit.

If you’re missing your receipt, we may be able to locate it in our system. Receipts for purchases made with a credit or debit card or by check may be available within 14 days of purchase. Original shipping charges will be fully refunded if the return is the result of an error by InterVac Design Corp. Exceptions may apply. Items must be returned with all components for a full refund. Written copies of InterVac Design Corp’s return policy will be provided upon request.

InterVac Design Corp return policies apply only to items purchased directly from the InterVac Design Corp website and other storefronts. Items purchased from a third-party or marketplace seller, but not shipped by InterVac Design Corp, must be returned to the selling party in accordance with their return policies.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or requires replacement parts, contact InterVac Design Corp Customer Support within 14 days for resolution.

Return processing typically takes 2–4 days.

This returns policy;

A valid driver’s license or government-issued photo ID is required for non-receipted returns and returns generated from purchases made with store credit. InterVac Design Corp uses a third-party refund verification system, and all returns are subject to approval.

If your order is eligible for return, please send returns to the address above. The return must include your original purchase receipt.

 

SHIPPING

Each customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from InterVac Design Corp, unless otherwise noted during a promotion or sale. Customers may choose their preferred shipping method, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and expedited services.

Please allow up to 2 business days (excluding company-observed holidays) for order processing.

Shipping costs vary by location and order weight, typically ranging between $5 and $25. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges unless a shipping label is provided.

InterVac Design Corp offers free local pickup at its Palm City, FL location between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding company-observed holidays). Please call ahead to confirm your order is ready.

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact InterVac Design Corp to request cancellation. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will be responsible for any charges incurred if the shipment is returned as undeliverable.
